Film Screening - The Librarians
The library directors of Ozaukee County are hosting a screening of the award-winning documentary The Librarians on April 23 in Port Washington. The film focuses on book challenges at libraries around the country and how librarians have stood up to the challenges.
There will be a talk-back following the film with the library directors and Monica Treptow, the school library media specialist from the Department of Public Instruction.

No Kings Rally
Given that this No Kings Day of Action falls during the EVIP period for some municipalities across the state, the specific goals for the day are as follows:
Encourage voters to cast their ballots early for the Spring General Election to stand up against the unconstitutional overreach of the Trump administration
Recruit Volunteers for the canvassing for GOTEV2 (March 29th) GOTV period (April 2nd - 7th)
Maintain an effective, peaceful presence in communities across the state.
