Thanks for making Blue-Zaukee a wild success!

What a great Gala! Blue-zaukee absolutely knocked it out of the park. Wonderful people, you are the best, great speakers, and great food. Thank you to Bob Tatterson, Jim Blank, and their committee for a truly spectacular night. Maggie Gorchoff ran a successful silent auction, Kitty Moore ran the wine pull. Sara Dunstone, Deb Anderson, Wendy Freitag, and Gwen Armbrust corralled and organized the guests and made sure everyone knew where to go. Karen Krchma, Diane Holzman, and Monica Curtis created a beautiful ambiance with their decorations. As always it takes a village.

The Honorable Congresswoman Gwen Moore entertained and informed us. We are plan to elect Brad Smith to help her out in Washington DC. We will send Spooky Glenn Grothman packing back to Glenbullah. Spooky was the nickname WI Republicans in the State Senate had for Grothman. Sometime I will share the origins of that moniker.

Secretary of State Sarah Godlewski represented the Crowley campaign. She gave us a rousing speech and plenty of reasons to vote for David Crowley, and every Democrat on the ballot.

If the enthusiasm in the room is any indication of the energy we have going forward, our candidates and their teams will have a lot of help. This is the year, Ozaukee Dems, we can do this. Watch for opportunities to volunteer and please step forward.
